Pharrell Williams’ New Song Will Make You Feel “Happy” (Audio)

So it seems our Pharrell is onto something, and that thing is happy music. Not the corny, cheese ball type that will by the end of summer make you commit grievous bodily harm to someone at the sound of its intro, but the kind that actually lifts your spirits to a brighter day. “Happy,” which is taken from the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack has a retro edge as Pharrell‘s upbeat and lively vocals sing “Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth.” After his two contributions to Daft Punk‘s Random Access Memories album and Robin Thicke‘s single “Blurred Lines” featuring himself and T.I., it is our hope, that he is inspired to create some new Neptunes. The guy is super talented. Check out the stream below.
