Res Starts Indigogo Campaign to Fund New Album RESET [Video]

Earlier this month, Res, Soul/Rock singer launched the Indigogo campaign to fund the completion of her next album, RESET. Initially thinking the album name would be a play on her name, but as the album started coming together, she realiezd her life had in fact RESET – and in a direct response to the society we live in. What’s incredibly refreshing about Res‘s campaign is its honesty and openness. It lists itemizes what’s needed, and incentivizes each pledge with meaningful gifts. She also launched “#RESETmondays” for her fans & supporters, offering remixes and new, exclusive music giveaways for those who signup via email. The goal is to raise $35K for the campaign, and in 15 days she has raised $11K. With people like Pharrell Williams, Eric Krasno from Soulive, Shannon Sanders (India.Arie, John Legend, Eric Benet, Leela James, Heather Headley), and more on production, we simply can’t wait to hear RESET!
