Busta Rhymes + Q-Tip – “The Abstract & the Dragon” Mixtape (Download)

The Abstract & the Dragon, aka Q-Tip and Busta Rhymes collaborate on what I essentially thought would be new material. But it turned out to be a journey through nostalgia. Not mad at that at all as The Native Tongues were the soundtrack to my youth. The Abstract & the Dragon, which is executive produced by Shaheem Reid, features A Tribe Called Quest classics, remixes, and collaborations with Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Missy Elliott, Redman, Talib Kweli and more. Both Tip and Bus‘s have forthcoming projects for 2014; Q-Tip is set to release The Last Zulu and is also producing Kanye West’s next album with Rick Rubin (two thumbs up on that) and Busta Rhymes with E.L.E 2.
